Research On Water Resources Carrying Capacity Of Huayuan County

Water resources are strategic resources,which are of great significance to regional sustainable development.With rapid social and economic development,water resource crisis is further aggravated,and increasing attention is being paid to current situation,development trend and exploitation and utilization scale of regional water resources.To explore the problem of water resources,put forward the measures and Countermeasures to protect the ecological environment and promote the sustainable development of regional economy is of great significance.This paper describes the current situation of water resources in Huayuan County.Based on the summary of domestic and international researches on water resource carrying capacity and the actual situation of Huayuan County's economic and social development,this paper makes a thorough and meticulous discussion on the water resource carnying capacity in Huayuan County.From the point of view of sustainable development,this paper adopts the theory of the water resource complex system and the view of synergetics and adopts the principal component analysis method to establish a regional water resource carrying capacity complex system with society,economy,ecological environment and water resources as the four subsystems.Comprehensive system evaluation indexes of society,economy,ecological environment and water resources are selected by the comprehensive frequency statistics and theoretical analysis method and a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of the water resource carrying capacity of Huayuan county.By taking the basic data of administrative areas of Huayuan County in Hunan province in 2014 as the sample,the comprehensive evaluation indexes of the water resource carnying capacity of Huayuan County are calculated.By means of the comprehensive evaluation model,it is calculated that the comprehensive index CW of the water resource carrying capacity of Huayuan County in 2014 stands at 0.408,which is within the normal carrying extent.Through calculation and analysis of the comprehensive evaluation indexes of the water resource carnying capacity in Huayuan County,measures and countermeasures are put forward to enhance the water resource carrying capacity in Huayuan County under the condition of fast-growing economy,which can provide reference for sustainable development of water resource utilization in Huayuan County.
