China's rural areas and more people,the current rural civil construction area of 24 billion square meters,accounting for 60% of the total construction area,However,these new rural housing in the original environmental characteristics and climate adaptation value is disappearing.With the development of China's socio-economic,rural living standards have been improved accordingly,rural housing will have a huge energy demand.In this paper,I selected six villages of the Leizhou Peninsula area,which have been listed as "the historical and cultural village of Guangdong Province" as the research object,such as,Bangtang village,Suer village,Chaoxi village,Zhoujia village,Donglin village and Jiuxian village,which before the two main,supplemented by the latter four.This is mainly because these traditional villages have the following common characteristics: Historical buildings are relatively complete preservation,can better show the history of the traditional style.In this paper,the adaptability of the building to the climate as a starting point,through on-site research,sorting and literature research methods,respectively,from the "wet","hot","ventilation" these three angles to study the local traditional residential climate adaptation practices,designed to master its adaptive experience.This article can be divided into four parts:The first chapter is the first part that is the theoretical research,mainly discusses the research methods,meaning,object and purpose,recap the status of theoretical research at home and abroad,to provide scientific basis for the topic.The second chapter is the second part: summarizes the situation of the traditional houses of Leizhou Peninsula,firstly,respectively introduced the climatic conditions,geographical environment,historical development,spatial and temporal distribution of Leizhou Peninsula,Then,summarized the results of local traditional houses,and horizontal contrast with other traditional houses in Guangdong,summed up the link between them and the difference,highlighting the uniqueness of the traditional houses in the Leizhou Peninsula and providing a practical material basis for analyzing the climate adaptation practices of local traditional dwellings.The third part is the third,the fourth and the fifth chapter,as the main part of this article,respectively,the local traditional houses in the settlement site,monomer space,detailed structure of these three aspects,That is,in the macro-meso-micro three levels from moist,hot and ventilation these three angles to study the local traditional residential climate adaptation practices,and has been clarified the adaptability of local traditional houses to thecharacteristics of tropical marine climate.The fourth part is a summary,which clearly summarizes the climate adaptability practices of the traditional houses in Leizhou Peninsula,skip the realistic significance of the Sustainable development idea and method of the traditional dwellings in Leizhou Peninsula to the construction of contemporary dwellings,hoping to play a reference for the development of ecological residential areas in the region.
