In the grand architectural goal of beautiful China in the new era,the first task is the construction of beautiful countryside.In order to promote the development of rural economy and make farmers rich,we should also bring more beautiful pictures and works to the countryside.The beauty of design should be closer to rural life.The promotion and development of rural life aesthetics also means the enrichment and development of life aesthetics.How to embody the character of Chinese rural aesthetics in architectural design is a new topic.Jiaodong area is located in the east of Qilu.In the history of thousands of years,architecture,natural landscape and folk custom are integrated to form a unique Jiaodong characteristic folk house.With the development of society,the rural construction in the hilly area of Jiaodong is also undergoing great changes.The changes of rural construction are mixed;as modern building materials and technology continue to flow into the rural construction,it greatly improves the residential comfort and fashion sense of the residents in the hilly area of Jiaodong,which is represented by Shima village,but excessively one-sided pursuit of urbanization As a result,there are many problems such as the emergence of hollow villages,the loss of regional architectural and cultural characteristics of buildings,and the lack of ecological and scientific construction of new residential buildings.In the long history of residential development,after thousands of years of continuous adaptation of local residents to their natural environment and creation of a way of life in line with the building of the French and decorative art has been replaced,this replacement is simple,rough,pure,is the lack of choice.How to achieve the harmonious coexistence of rural architecture and environment in today’s information revolution requires not only the unique aesthetic of the countryside,but also the creation and expression of the times.It is a design proposition that we need to find a combination point between the increasing living requirements and the traditional local houses.The author starts with the study of the traditional houses in Jiaodong area,explores the current situation of the traditional houses’ construction culture,decoration art and new houses;and conducts the field investigation and Research on the building environment of Shima village,the research content mainly includes two directions: natural geography and human history;through the exploration of the traditional houses and the analysis of the natural and social environment,extracts the connotation of the traditional houses With modern design methods,from village planning to residential landscape to architectural design,the connotation of architectural philosophy is closely focused on the theme of "the beauty of the environment,poetic dwelling",and then a new era residential building with unique characteristics of Jiaodong is built.
