As a very important form of renewable energy,wind power is being paid more and more attention all over the world.Wind power accessing to grid will change the original load flow distribution,with the wind power installed capacity continuing to expand,its impact has become increasingly prominent.In order to fully utilize wind power energy,reduce the impact on power grid,reduce the abandoned wind phenomenon,it is necessary to accurately evaluate the maximum acception capacity of wind power.Based on the analysis and improvement of current assessment methods,starting from the main influencing factor such as peaking constraints,static security and transient stability constraints perspective,this paper systematically study on the assessment methods of wind power capacity,the main results are as follows:(1)The main factors influencing the wind power acception of power grid are as followings: peaking constraints,static security and transient stability constraints,fully analysis the specific limitations of each constraint factors.(2)Study the required reserve capacity after large scale wind power accessing to power grid.By using the stochastic production simulation algorithm,considering the uncertain factors such as randomness of wind power and water thermal power unit forced outage,combining with the reliability of power supply system,the reserve capacity is evaluated.(3)Study the comprehensive evaluation method of wind power capacity of power grid.Firstly,based on the peaking constraint,using random production simulation algorithm to evaluate the required reserve capacity,and then the evaluation result of the traditional evaluation method is modified;Secondly,based on the static security constraint,using DIg SILENT software and MATLAB software,this paper puts forward the search strategy of "enumeration method",by reasonably layout the wind power acception capacity of each access point,the regional power grid wind power acception capacity is improved;Based on the transient stability constraint,three-phase permanent short-circuit fault is set,and the transient stability of the system is evaluated;In the end,the maximum wind power acception of power grid is got.(4)Study on the wind power acception of Guilin power grid in 2018.By using DIg SILENT software to build the Guilin grid model,under peak regulation,static safety constraint and transient stability constraint,and finally the maximum wind power capacity of Guilin power grid in 2018 was obtained.
