Research On The Route Plan Of G202 From Mingshui To Qinggang Considering Environmental Capacity

National Highway of Heida(G202)is an important economic route across the north and south of Heilongjiang Province,to improve the network level,realize the horizontal linkages between regions and the quick connection between counties and cities.With the continuous growth of the regional road network and traffic volume,the road disease,mixed traffic,low capacity and other issues are prominent of the present situation of the G202 from Mingshui to Qinggang,as the main traffic corridors to contact the national poor counties,such as Baiquan,Mingshui,Qinggang et al and external regions,which has become the bottleneck of the regional road network,affecting its role as the national trunk highway and reducing the overall function of the national highway network of Heilongjiang Province.Therefore,the G202 expansion project from Mingshui to Qinggang will act as an important role in improving the function of the national network in Heilongjiang Province,meeting the development needs of transportation,improving the traffic environment in Heilongjiang Province and promoting regional economic development.This paper analyzes the social economy,present situation and development trend of the transportation in the influencing area of the G202 expansion project from Mingshui to Qinggang,and predicts the population and GDP with the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.Based on the traffic investigation,considering the influence of induced traffic volume and urban traffic volume,the annual traffic volume of G202 expansion project from Mingshui to Qinggang is predicted with the four-stage method.Based on the forecasting traffic volume,considering the project function,route direction,the regional planning and other factors,the technical standard of the G202 expansion project from Mingshui to Qinggang is established,and the adaptability of the traffic capacity is analyzed.The paper puts forward severalalternative route schemes of the G202 expansion project from Mingshui to Qinggang,considering the environmental factors on the highway route selection.This paper analyzes the influence of highway construction on the ecological environment system,referencing the pressure-state-response evaluation model,combining the actual situation of the natural resource distribution along the project,then selects the environmental capacity as evaluation index of the G202 expansion project from Mingshui to Qinggang,and builds the quantitative classification method of the evaluation index.The weight of each evaluation index is determined by the expert scoring method,and the evaluation index of the environmental capacity of the alternative route schemes is calculated,which determins the best route scheme of the G202 expansion project from Mingshui to Qinggang.
