Study On The Anti-accident Training System Of The Power Grid And Its Application

The electric power enterprise processing anti-accident training appropriately can keep operation and maintenance staffs judge and handle the grid fault be tter. However, with the development of power grid, the traditional anti-accident training of the power grid cannot meet the functional requirements, which including the voice channel for various, the director, the dispatcher. This paper tries to solve this problem, a novel overall design scheme for anti-accident training system of the power grid is put forward, and based on this, a special software called anti-accident training system of the power grid is developed in this paper.A novel overall design scheme for anti-accident training system is put forward, and the functional requirements of various, the director, the dispatcher in anti-accident training system are analyzed. In this paper, anti-accident training system of power grid mainly includes director command platform, dispatcher control platform and dispatching server. Moreover, the configuration parameters of dispatching server in anti-accident training system of power grid are instructed.Considering the network structure of anti-accident training s ystem, from the perspective of software development the network structure and the hardware design of anti-accident training system are instructed. Moreover, the specific application process of dispatcher control site and the monitor site of dispatcher cont rol platform are introduced in this paper.Base on the the network structure and overall design scheme of the anti-accident training system, the director command platform of anti-accident training system are instructed. Moreover, the specific application p rocess of the director command platform are introduced in this paper in order to realize the role of the director in the anti-accident training system of the power grid.In additional, based on the process of a city power grid company organizing anti-accident training of the power system, the real-time application of the anti-accident training system of the power grid is introduced. The application results show that the anti-accident training system of the power grid put forward in this paper can meet the functional requirements in anti-accident training. It is advantageous to the operation and maintenance of power grid, and it is used for the operation and maintenance staffs to repair and maintenance the devices, to guarantee the power system operate safely and stablely.
