Research Of Project Management Culture Evaluation

For construction enterprises,the project is its forefront and how to improve the efficiency of the project management has become the priority.And then the project management culture become the research focus once again.The success or failure of the project management culture construction directly affects the quality of project management and has an impact on the the direction of the market of the enterprise to some extent.However,In the appraisal practice of project management culture,a perfect evaluation system is still not formed.On the basis of the research status of project management culture,the paper researches on the key issues about the construction of project management culture index system and evaluation questions in-depth.First,project management culture function has been discussed in this paper,from this point the importance of evaluation of project management culture has been pointed out.This article discusses the project management culture outstanding achievements from the four aspects of traditional spirit,system,behavior and material,and on this basis,the article extracts the results of project management culture influences with the help of the advanced theories and methods,and then the evaluation system of project management culture is determined.These four indicators which completing and improving each other make a comprehensive study of project management culture,the combination and implement of short-term benefit and long-term development of enterprises is ensured,and the assessment index has been more scientific and comprehensive.On this basis,The fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation model and expert scoring method is applied to the evaluation of project management culture,combining with engineering examples,an empirical research has been made and the feasibility and the practicability of the evaluation method has been demonstrated.
