| Valves account for a large proportion in the mechanical products,especially in the petrochemical,metallurgical,power system,the valve is playing a key role.One valve,the valve body is one of the most important parts,it is the main part of the whole valve,especially the large diameter of the valve body,its processing precision and the quality directly affects the valve the work performance and the service life.At present,in the conventional valve and small-diameter valve processing,digital manufacturing has been realized,machining accuracy and quality can be guaranteed,but in the large-diameter valve body processing,the majority of domestic manufacturers are still using universal machine tools,there are low precision machine tools,special fixture types and quantity,processing of human factors is difficult to control and measurement equipment and methods behind the drawbacks,so how to improve the machining accuracy and quality of large diameter valve is a problem worthy of long-term study.In this paper,take a 14-inch wedge gate valve body processing for example,discusses the rotary disc in large diameter valve body processing applications,this paper contains the following aspects of the study: introduces the research status of the valve and the rotary disc at home and abroad.It gives a brief overview of the flat disc,introduces the types,mechanism,technical parameters,characteristics,advantages and application scope of the flat disc;The wedge gate valve body processing traditional processing technology and tooling analysis,identify the problem,and according to the problem of optimization and improvement methods,and design a new method of process and tooling;Simulation of the new program,including the choice of machine tools,tool selection,the application of the probe,the workpiece coordinate system conversion and the preparation of processing procedures;The finite element analysis software DEFORM 3D was used to simulate the cutting process.The effect of different cutting parameters on the cutting force was studied.The results provide a strong theoretical basis for the optimization of cutting parameters in real production.Through the research of this paper,it can be concluded that NC rotary disc is an important functional part of NC machine tool,which is of great significance for enlarging the processing function of NC machine tool and improving the machining precision and quality of large diameter valve body. |
