Study And Application On The Emergency Management System Of Expressway

The expressway emergency management is animportant part of the expressway safety management system.Because the expressway is close-ended with a large amount of high speed vehicle-flows,the danger of incidentsin the expressway is much more serious than happened otherwise,and may bring about significant social effect.Therefore,when an incident happens in an expressway,how to ASAP start up saving system,reduce body hurt and property loss,resume traffic order and minimize negative social effect are becoming an important research project.This article illustrates the expressway development course in China,starting with describing the danger of incidents in the expressway,it researches the demand,necessity and existing problems of the current expressway emergency management system in China.In this article,the expressway emergency management system is thoroughly illustrated,including its management principle,construction materials,organization planning and duty,etc.Meanwhile,the development and achievement of the expressway emergency management system in advanced countries are introduced.Afterwards,combining with introducing the functions of a province–level expressway monitoring and emergency management platform,this article analysizes the current status and existing problems of the expressway emergency management system in China.Then this article probes for how to construct a scientific,complete,efficient,co-reactive emergency management system to deal with all sorts of incidents happened in expressway,how to solve the existing problems such as the imperfect emergency saving system,the lack of professional reserves and professional staff,the incompleteness of co-reactive mechanism and social participation,then provides several constructive solutions as to promoting efficiency of the current expressway emergency management system.
