With the expansion of power system's scale in China and the promotion of electricity market,people pay more and more attention to the utilization rate of distribution network equipment.Although the number of distribution network equipment accounts for a large proportion of the total number of power grid equipment,the utilization rate of equipment capacity is limited by many factors and the overall utilization rate is not enough high.In recent years,a large number of photovoltaic(PV)power sources are connected to the distribution network.It is necessary to study the utilization rate of the distribution network equipment with the integration of PV.Therefore,it has great theoretical and practical significance that distribution network equipment's evaluation index has been raised seriously,which can guide the planning and operation work of distribution network and improve the reliability and economy of distribution network.In this paper,the evaluation index and promotion measures for the utilization rate of distribution network equipment are studied.The main contribution of this paper can be summarized as follows:Firstly,the influencing factors of equipment utilization in distribution network are summarized including four aspects of safety criteria,network structure,load characteristics and margin for development.Secondly,three main definitions of equipment utilization rate has been stydied.And evaluation Index of equipment utilization rate in distribution network with the integration of photovoltaic is raised including four levels of electric indexs,quantity indexs,life-cycle indexs,system-coordination indexs.Then the index's definition and calculation formula are given one by one.Fuzzy AHP method is used to evaluate the comprehensive utilization rate of distribution network equipment.At last,the evaluation steps of utilization rate are summarizes of distribution network equipment with the integration of PV.Then,the technical measures are summarized to improve the utilization rate of distribution network equipment.These measures can be divided into three categories:operation management of distribution network,planning and construction of distribution network and purchase and maintenance of equipment.Finally,the typical distribution network is analyzed and evaluation index proposed before is applied to the actual power grid.The change of PV's capacity and location is explorated,and the actual effect of three improving methods is simulated,such as installing inefficiency power compensation,adding energy storage device and adopting reactive power control.At last,suggestions are made to improve the utilization rate of distribution network equipment,which can guide practical work.
