With the rapid development of economic and modern power grid construction,the planning of power grid has gradually changed from extensive to intensive development.The construction and maintenance of power grid need to invest a lot of money,therefore,the utilization of power grid and electrical equipment received more and more attention.For a long time,our country's power supply enterprises attaches great importance to the construction of power generation and transmission,however,the construction of the distribution network which builds the connection to the user side does not attach enough attention.Ignoring the importance and particularity of the distribution network,which leads to the frame foundation of power system network becomes weak,the equipment be aging,and lack of reactive power compensation,power grid operation management lags behind,and many other factors.The utilization rate of electrical equipment in low voltage power distribution network is low,and which has a certain gap to the distribution network equipment utilization of the developed countries.In the power grid of China,the 10 kV power distribution network is largest and most complex,and it covers an area of broad.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the utilization rate of lOkV power grid equipment to achieve the overall goal of social energy-saving emission reduction,improve the economic efficiency of power enterprises,improve the quality of power grid development,and promote sustainable development.This paper evaluates the equipment use efficiency of 10kV power distribution network in terms of equipment proportion with the optimal load factor,calculates the optimal load factor of 10kV power distribution network through the model of the annual maximum load factor,and obtains the scope of the optimal load factor of lines and distribution transformers in the 10kV power distribution network.Also,it analyses the influences of grid structures,construction margin of power grids,wattless power,power supply stability,load characteristics,equipment loss and distributed power supply on the equipment use efficiency of power distribution network,and puts forward measures to improve the equipment use efficiency of lOkV power distribution network.The equipment use efficiency of power distribution network is improved by reducing valley-to-peak difference,adopting reactive compensation,optimizing access of new users and managing small hydropower.
