This article through to the Shandong Dongying city center forest park of Gengjing reservoir landscape transformation thinking,respectively analyzes the transformation of resources city demand,the urban living environment improvement,the Yellow River delta plains ecological benefits,government project and the employment rate,civic activities demand,landscape environment and traditional aesthetics,based on the related theory and case study,put forward three kinds of situations of Gengjing reservoirs,and analyzes three kinds of scenario planning of the pros and cons of various fields.The first chapter mainly puts forward the research of background,object and significance,discusses Gengjing reservoir location problem,and the reservoir function transformation to city forest park after the duties and functions to loading of city.And summed up the four questions:(1)The protection of the reservoir water after conversion;(2)Increase the attraction of the park to increase citizen cohesion;(3)Increase economic benefits of land(park)to solve the problem between the three kinds of identity(enterprises,citizens and government);(4)the transformation of resources city.The second chapter mainly analyzes the contact with four major problems of related theory.Including landscape hydrology,water resources protection theory,theory of urban open space,resource-based city transition theory and sustainable development theory.The third chapter mainly through the analysis of four cases:(1)With reference to Kunming lake for water conservancy project landscape processing technique.(2)With reference to Malaysia Sunway city,using multivariate project condense race,rich and poor people,the equality of creating harmonious society.(3)With reference to resources city Dubai urban transformation under insufficient natural conditions.(4)With reference to cheonggyecheon water conservancy project,using reasonable landscape planning,solving the differences between the rich and the poor,increase urban economy and improving urban ecological environment.The fourth chapter in view of the center of Dongying city forest park this large-scale urban construction project,according to Dongying city ecological environment,urban development status,development prospects,the citizens and the demand quantities of urbanization,etc.Reference four cases,sums up the reformation Gengjing reservoir,solve the four question and 9important key(second chapter summary).Mainly covers the 4 aspects: city needs,resources protection,landscape effect and construction project.Includes 9 key: increasing diversity within park activities,internal economic effect,create a mountain landscape,retain water,water purification,create water scene view,Nanyi Road landscape,excavation quantities,and the use of earthwork.Important degree analysis: the city needs > resource protection > landscape > Construction,as the analysis as a guide mode.The fifth chapter according to the fourth chapter summarizes the 4 aspects of the 9 key according to the importance of planning and evaluation.Among them:First,to solve the needs of cities,set excluding design,according the site situation,choose the most attractive plots of land to serve and meet the demand of urban city.Due to the effect of plot of external factors,can be used as an important planning guidance,so the following plan will base on the resultsSecondly,based on the situation of protection of water resources,the environment may appear three different scenarios(Demolition of the dam,retaining dam,Demolition part of the dam),by the three scenarios for water storage,maintenance cost and capacity of construction cost analysis and evaluation.Continue to use the above three situations,this paper analyzes the three scenarios of landscape benefit,including the construction road(Binhe road)and planning road(Nanyi road)landscape benefit,using elevation,distance,road construction condition,and road form(elevated road,flat road,and the dam road)carries on the analysis and evaluation.Finally use the above plan,analysis of three scenarios under the protection of water resources,planning roads,earthwork balance and piled mountain for alkali prevention,etc.,the analysis and evaluation of quantities required.
