Engineering construction industry is an important part of the national economy,it is the pulling effect of the whole national economy is very large.Engineering construction industry has become an important traction power of China's economic growth.However,the most obvious feature of the traditional construction industry is the high consumption of natural resources and energy,but also on the construction area near the production and life caused a great impact.Have to admit that China's current deterioration of the ecological environment,to a large extent with the construction industry,high energy consumption and high pollution are inseparable.Therefore,in the 18 th report to require the construction of beautiful China under the background,the construction industry to implement green construction has become a general trend,the study of green construction related issues will have a clear sense of the times and practical value.Based on the relevant management theory and technology research of green construction,this paper summarizes the green construction control points.Taking the green construction problem of Shenzhen Metro Line 9 as a case study,this paper studied the green construction factors in the project and the main green construction technologies used in this project,including energy saving and energy utilization,land use and land use,water saving and Water resources protection and utilization,materials and materials utilization,environmental protection and personnel safety and health management and other issues.In this paper,the effect of green construction on the project was evaluated,and the indexes of land conservation,energy conservation,water conservation,building materials conservation and environmental protection were selected and evaluated.The weighting assignment of the evaluation index was carried out by the 04 score method.After the assessment and analysis that the Shenzhen Metro Line 9 project implementation of green construction has achieved good results.In addition,the green construction of the project was analyzed,some of the problems were analyzed and summarized,and some improvement measures and suggestions were put forward.Finally,according to the previous analysis,this paper puts forward the improvement measures and countermeasures of green construction in China's construction enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the green construction management organization,strengthen the whole process green construction management and improve the green construction technology level,For the follow-up projects and other enterprises to enhance the green construction reference.
