Research On Factors Affecting The Logistics Center Location Based On Supply Chain

With the development of economic globalization,market competition is intensifying.The competition subjects in the market not only need to pay attention to enhance their own competitiveness,but also need to enhance the competitiveness of their supply chain.In the traditional supply chain system,including the upstream material suppliers,manufacturers,intermediate logistics service units and downstream distributors,customers and other links,but does not include the logistics center,logistics center generally as its subsidiary.The logistics center is a core link in the supply chain system,in all aspects of upstream and downstream plays a key role in the link.Logistics center location is the logistics’ most important strategic planning issue,on the entire supply chain system’ efficiency and rationality has far-reaching impact.Efficient logistics is an effective mean to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises,but also improve the effectiveness of the entire supply chain system effective means.In order to improve the economic efficiency of the supply chain system,reduce the cost of the supply chain,provide a reliable basis for the selection and selection of the multi-scheme and the only program influencing factors of the logistics center,to make the logistics center location more scientific.It is of great significance to study on the influencing factors of logistics center location from the perspective of supply chain.According to the characteristics of the supply chain and the logistics center,through the literature researching,to identify and summary the various logistics center location factors in supply chain.Combined with the analysis of the results of the study,factors of logistics center location in supply chain are about the economic and business environment,government policies,infrastructure condition and social environment the four aspects.The influence factors from the four aspects of logistics center location in supply chain are used to establish evaluation index system.On the basis of the preliminary evaluation index system,using the questionnaire survey to make optimization,getting the final evaluation index system of logistics center location factors in supply chain.Using entropy method and TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model,to sort the influence degree of the supply chain logistics center location factors.Appling the evaluation system and evaluation model to the case of Nanan Chayuan logistics center,providing reliable basis for the influence factors of the only solution to identify,sort,and proposes the countermeasure.using the questionnaire survey to get the data,and using the entropy weight method to evaluation personnel weight.Obtaining influence degree of the influencing factors of the supply chain logistics center location through the case analysis,then taking corresponding measures to manage it.
