With the development of supply chain globalization, air cargo plays an increasingly important role in economic development. It is difficult to focus on the improvement of air transport ability, which cannot quickly adapt to the changing economic environment. Therefore, extending to both ends of air transportation is the inevitable result of the development of air logistics. The realization of air logistics and even supply chain service function is the key point to build its comparative advantage, which can realize the space benefit and time benefit. Therefore, taking the supply chain management center as the development background and the airport logistics system as the research object.First of all, according to the literature research and system analysis methods, discussing the structure and elements of the logistics system, and constructs a four-dimensional conceptual model of the airport logistics system, which optimizes the system from the four directions of timeliness, convenience, openness and innovation. Then, according to the model, the airport logistics system which provides the service function of supply chain is constructed, and the operation process is clarified to ensure the phased landing requirements. Finally, analyzing and optimizing the airport logistics system through simulation, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the airport logistics system. For the above ideas, building the airport logistics system from the perspective of supply chain management center, which provides a certain reference for the actual construction of airport logistics system,so as to provides a fulcrum for the formation of a new development pattern.
