Study On The Quality Chain Management Of Industrialized Housing Project Based On SCOR Model

The residential industry has the characteristics of long industrial chain,strong correlation and strong driving ability.It has broad market and development potential,and has important promotion effect on national economic growth.The housing industrialization can make the organic combination of production factors,reduce intermediate links,optimize the allocation of resources,improve labor productivity,reduce wet work on site,get rid of extensive production mode,so it is considered the development trend of residential industry.However,housing industrialization started late in China that has extensive production methods and low level of integration,which brought a series of serious waste of resources and quality problems.Therefore,how to implement an effective integrated management of various enterprises in the industrial chain,to ensure the quality of the industrial chain work efficiently and steadily,is a problem that need to solve first.In this paper,literature query,modeling analysis,questionnaire survey and interviews were used to study the quality management of industrialized housing project.Firstly,based on the quality chain theory and the quality management of industrialized housing project,this paper analyzed the quality formation process,put forward the necessity and feasibility of introducing quality chain management to industrialized housing project,and expounded that the quality chain is the combination of workflow and mass flow.Secondly,this paper,from the perspective of supply chain,through the introduction of Supply-Chain Operations Reference-model(SCOR),on the basis of literature analysis and interviews on the work process of industrialized housing project,established industrialized housing project workflow model based on SCOR.Then,this paper analyzed the transfer process of mass flow from the inside of the enterprise and the outside of the enterprise,and emphasized the importance of combining internal and external quality management.Next,after elaborating the definition of the workflow and analyzing the quality forming process,the quality chain management system of industrialized housing project based on SCOR was established,the quality management scope of the core enterprise and other enterprises in the quality chain was analyzed,and the incentive mechanism of the quality chain operation was constructed.And PDCA cycle for quality improvement,best practice analysis guide quality improvement strategy based on SCOR were proposed.Finally,the questionnaire and interview method were used to identify the key chain nodes of the quality chain of industrialized housing project.Two critical chain nodes were obtained and the data ware derived from professionals who have scientific research experience or practical experience in housing industrialization,and use PDCA cycle and best practice to analysis quality improvement.This paper studies the quality management of industrialized housing project from the perspective of supply chain.From the theoretical level,the quality chain management system of industrialized housing project based on SCOR was constructed,which can enrich the theories and methods of quality management and provide a new angle for the quality management of residential projects.From the practical level,it can help the relevant subjects of industrialized housing project to optimize the internal work flow,integrate the quality management activities in the whole construction process effectively,make a quick response to abnormity,guarantee the efficiency of quality management and improve the level of integration of quality improvement strategy.
