Technology System Of Industrialized Housing And Energy-saving And Pollutants-reduction Benefits Analysis Based On Construction

Environmental pollution and ecological destruction caused by high energy resource consumption and emission of pollutants from housing construction has become the obstacle to sustainable development of China’s construction industry. In order to alleviate the conflict between adverse environmental impacts of construction and increased demand for housing during China’s urbanization, based on the specific circumstances,China learned from experiences of developed countries and began the practice of housing industrialization since 1999,which have achieved certain results. However, at the present stage,due to the complex technology and lack of mature and complete technology system,industrilized housing can not be promoted in large-scale.Meanwhile because of industrilized housing-related technology being limited in practice, energy-saving and pollutants-reduction benefits is not ideal. So it is necessary for the industrilized housing technology systems and energy-saving and pollutants-reduction benefits to systematically analyze, to seek a reasonable and effective practice model and achieve better benefits.This paper focuses on the technology systems of industrialized housing and energy-saving and pollutants-reduction benefits.Firstly, study relevant literatures on industrialized housing-related technologies and energy-saving and pollutants-reduction benefits,and summarize the existing research on focuses of existing research on these two issues. Then based on the concepts analyze the development of domestic and foreign industrialized housing and energy-saving and pollutants-reduction,which provided a guideline for the following study.Secondly, by collatting and analyzing relevent domestic industrialized housing technology, try to establish a technology system of industrialized housing,which is relatively comeplete and logical and can be optimized to improve residential energy saving benefits. Through the energy-saving and pollutants-reduction benefits analysis during the construction and comparative analysis and evaluation system for case study, demonstrate industrialized housing’s strong potential in energy-saving and pollutants-reduction,and hope to reduce resource and energy consumption and environmental pressures by promoting industrialized housing, ultimately to achieve energy reduction targets.Through the study on the technology system of industrialized housing and energy-saving and pollutants-reduction benefits,this paper aims to find the lack of practice and provide reference suggestions on improvement and implementation of technology system of industrialized housing to achieve emission reduction targets of the housing industry through the promotion of industrialized housing.
