With the rapid development of the city,the traffic problem has become the main factor of the "urban disease",and the subway with its efficient,convenient,large capacity and other characteristics in the urban transport tools to stand out.Guangzhou Metro has a sound infrastructure,its line operation,mileage and services have been developed very mature,greatly easing the pressure on the road traffic in Guangzhou,optimizing the urban structure.Guangzhou subway station in the space design has a strong representation,but there are some relative lack of people oriented.In this paper,the scope of the study is defined as the flow direction design of the space of the station,the platform layer,the entrance channel and the transfer channel,and the environmental psychology,environmental behavior,Architectural anthropology,architectural phenomenology,architectural semiotics and statistical research ideas into the interior space environment design.This paper makes a theoretical research on the four aspects of urban environment,such as the construction of environmental image of urban culture,the construction of human environment in human interaction,the behavior law in spatial sequence relationship,and the spatial orientation under semiotic field.On the basis of the study,Dongshankou Station,Zhujiang New Town Station,BC Station and Beijing Road Station were selected to carry out the station space field research and establish the evaluation index.Through the analysis of the case,the paper summarizes the shortcomings of the station space,put forward the improvement measures.Case analysis is carried out through Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE),statistical analysis of data,behavioral map analysis and photo evaluation method,as well as weight analysis of each index of space.And it is found that the passenger has a low level of satisfaction with the information flow and the information guidance.In the Dongshankou and the Pearl River New Town and BC as the representative of the transfer station,people's attention is mainly concentrated in the people oriented and information guide of the entrance channel and transfer channel space.In contrast,Beijing Road Station as a non-transfer of the station space,people's focus is mainly concentrated in the streamline guidance of the station space travel function.As a scientific and effective assessment method,Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE)which is used in the research of the underground space of subway station in this paper effectively reveals the most intuitive experience of the space in the process of taking the subway,which timely finds out the shortcomings of subway station space,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for optimization.
