110KV Hexi Smart Substation Design

The main content of this paper is a design of a 110kV intelligent substation on the basis of the actual situation and the latest equipment,to meet the demand for electricity in FuGu County, Shaanxi Province.It is an urgent demand of the Electricity Department to build a new substation to meet the needs of the development of FuGu New Economic Area in the load center ,because the current power supply capacity and level can not meet the demand for electricity for the increasing load of electricity, the continuous improvement of power quality requirements.With the development of the times, technological progress, intelligent technology is mature,the construction of intelligent substation has become possible. And through the use of intelligent substation, you can save labor costs and enhance the core competitiveness of power supply enterprises. In FuGu County, the first intelligent substation -110kv Hexi substation,for the future development of smart grid accumulation of valuable experience, will be the future construction of new intelligent substation to play an important guiding significance.This paper mainly includes the analysis of the distribution of the structure and distribution of power grid in Fugu County by selecting and determining the site, designing and planning 110kV Hexi intelligent substation to access the superior power grid, selecting and verifying the intelligent equipment in the substation, selecting the secondary intelligent equipment,system communication design, three-tier intelligent substation design(station control layer,interval layer, process layer)and so on. In the station control layer deployment application intelligent alarm and analysis decision system, comprehensive fault information analysis and decision system, economic support operation and optimization control system, station area control system,it analyzes the system acquisition data and provides intelligent information for the operation staff. Through the grounding design solution,it solves problems of grounding resistance (?0.5?) due to the limited space,small layout area which the traditional plan can not do.110kV Hexi intelligent substation doubly accesses to Liu Guanbian in FuGu County,and newly built 110KV wires reached 11km. After the new station is put into operation, it will completely alleviate the power supply pressure in FuGu I and II power station and the grid structure will be more stable and reliable, and the system dispatch operation will be more convenient and flexible for the construction and development of new areas.
