With the advent of the 21 st century,on the basis of the development of existing resources,countries around the world have listed the development of renewable resources as the top priority.In order to make full use of existing resources and improve investment utilization,it is necessary to classify substation automation system information collection,information transmission and information processing as a content that needs to be considered,and gradually improve the functional configuration in the substation.Therefore,the smart grid is among the top developments in the current power industry due to its high reliability and small footprint.Taking the intelligent transformation of the 66 k V Subei Substation in Shenyang Sujiatun area as an example,this paper introduces the intelligent substation from four aspects: “characteristics,structure,realization conditions and advantages”,specifically from the characteristics of intelligent substation(intelligence of primary equipment,two Detailed clarification of the network equipment,structure,station control layer(establishment and release of TCP connection),interval layer,implementation conditions,development trend,advantages,development requirements,standardization of system modeling,and intelligent operation management The specific development requirements of the future intelligent substation and the basic technical characteristics of the smart grid,and a detailed overview of the key issues of the substation's routine to intelligent transformation,with the core of how to carry out the intelligent transformation of conventional substation,It mainly carries out security transformation from four aspects: data collection,station control layer,network transformation and transition process,and adopts integrated intelligent platform construction method to continuously improve the intelligent warning and fault diagnosis system of substation,and also focuses on the Subei Substation Regarding the application of the transformation plan,the first is the choice of transformers.The application of on-line monitoring of switches,as well as the application of independent switch online monitoring devices,protection of switch monitoring functions in measurement and control devices,and application of switch monitoring plug-in hardware.After implementing the main transformer protection function,the main transformer protection configuration is equipped with GOOSE input and output,and the main transformer self-injection function is applied to describe the advantages,features and applications of the 66 k V GIS switch intelligent control cabinet.This result is not only the application of intelligent transformation of Substation in North Jiangsu,but also the application of intelligent transformation of substations across the country.In the future,the development prospects of intelligent substations will become more and more broad.
