| The construction of the smart grid plays an important strategic role in promoting China’s social economy development and adjusting economic restructuring etc.. Intelligent substation is an essential part of the smart grid. In this thesis, a 110kV substation intelligent building program is designed to upgrade the rural power grids of the Inner Mongolia Erdos City Hangjinqi, which includes the designing of the overall system, the selection of the equipment, and the project of the communication designing.The system design includes:an access system to choose a double-circuit leading from a 110kV generatrix which is from other transformer substations; outgoing line system planning a twice 110kV outgoing line and 20 times lOkV outlet; implementing two-level scheduling management of the Ordos district and the Hangjinqi; the collection and transmission of the information within all remote stations completed by the remote workstation of the microcomputer monitoring system; setting up a remote monitoring system for security.The primary Equipment building program:programming and construction of two 63MVA double winding OLTC main transformers,110kV distribution equipment with whole sets of GIS indoor devices; the short-circuit electric current 110kV device setting as 40kA, lOkV equipment setting as 31.5kA; 110kV electrical primary equipment using indoor SF6 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS), 10kV using switch cabinet; Cockpit laying cable with cable channel; lighting power connecting a 380/220V power distribution equipment.The secondary equipment building program:process level (combining unit, intelligent terminal), the spacer layer (protecting devices, monitoring and controlling devices, fault recorder, power quality monitoring device) and station level (remote device, protection and fault information system, protocol conversion, data concentrators) are all using Quarter Company’s equipment. Application system includes microcomputer misuse anti-locking system, and the choice of CSGC-3000/ SA Electricity universal software platform, CSRA-2000/CR network packet recording and analysis system with a distributed configuration; automatic fire alarm, SF6 environmental monitoring, time synchronization system etc.. Main transformer relaying using the microprocessor-based protection separating from the principal and the back; the side of the 110kV circuits equipped with automatic switching devices; 10kV lines, capacitors, and variable electric transducers using microprocessor-based transformer station protection.Communication system design includes the design of communication system and station correspondence. Communication systems use optical fiber communications by setting up a 24-core OPGW cable, connecting the 622Mb/s optical port, and collocating a set of capacity of 2.5Gb/s SDH optical transmission equipment and two sets of PCM cluster equipment. The inside of the station is equipped with a set of inter-changer (GE port), and installed telephones. |
