At present,the monitoring system of substation is designed for the interval.The basic measurement and control functions of this interval are realized by a single measurement and control device with strong functional cohesion and no redundancy between each other.In case of device failure,the system will lose the monitoring function of this interval.This topic according to the characteristics of the intelligent substation automation system architecture and advantages,through the analysis of the carding system function deployment,the actual situation of the equipment configuration,from two aspects of interval,stand accused of layer analysis of monitoring and control system for different problems and requirements,intensive monitoring system technology scheme is put forward,sharply reduce the number of measurement and control device and switches,realize intensive and hot standby configuration of secondary equipment,reduces the intelligent substation construction cost,improve the quality of the data transmission,the reliability of the system improved.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)A cooperation mechanism of substation monitoring system based on service architecture is proposed.Based on the service architecture,it realizes the cooperation of two computers/multi machines in three main links of service agent,service management and service provider,adapts to the concurrent access of multiple clients to the same service and different services,realizes the service load balance and smooth migration of the station control layer,facilitates the expansion of new business functions,improves the stability and usability of the system,and improves the process oriented substation and dispatching It controls the information interaction mechanism of the master station,reduces the coupling degree between the heterogeneous systems of the master station and the sub station,and regulates the integration of business deep cooperation(2)A cluster measurement and control system of bay layer based on cluster measurement and control device is developed.The cluster measurement and control system is composed of two or more cluster measurement and control devices to form a logical measurement and control unit resource pool,which jointly carries the measurement and control functions of all intervals in the intelligent substation or under a certain voltage level.It realizes the physical centralization,logical distribution and real-time migration of the measurement and control functions of all intervals in the whole station,solves the problem of low reliability of redundant hot standby of measurement and control devices,and effectively reduces the measurement and control The number of devices improves the operation reliability of monitoring system,enhances the effectiveness and continuity of data acquisition,provides higher quality monitoring data for dispatching operation and maintenance,ensures the continuity of power grid monitoring business,and provides strong support for the stable operation of the whole power grid(3)A cluster measurement and control device based on 64-bit 36 core processor hardware architecture is developed.Based on Linux+eCos embedded operating system and LxC virtual container technology,this paper constructs the interval logic measurement and control unit and management unit and realizes several independent interval measurement and control functions.Using the virtualization technology of physical network interface,several virtual network cards with independent Mac and IP address are constructed.The multi-MMS service function of single physical network port is realized,which provides the basis for real-time migration of interval logic measurement and control function.The cluster measurement and control device provide an innovative product form for the realization of measurement and control function of intelligent substation,improves the technical level of intelligent substation monitoring system,and promotes the development and construction of Smart Substation.
