| Paving machine is special machinery which can pave asphalt pavement material or stable base material.It is mainly used for high-grade highways,aircraft runways,municipal roads,water conservancy engineering asphalt structural layer and railway roadbed.The small tire full hydraulic asphalt paver compare with the large and medium tracked paver,it has low cost,self-driving speed,easy to operate,low practical and transferred costs.so it has an unparalleled advantage in the highway maintenance,municipal road,sidewalk,residential roads etc.In this paper,According to the company’s the tire asphalt paver,I establish the kinematics and dynamics equations of the walking system,the spiral cloth system,the scraper feeding system and the vibrating system.According to the system in the actual work of the load conditions,I carry out the pressure of each system and speed of the relevant calculations to determine the hydraulic components of the selection parameters.The mathematical model of the hydraulic drive system of the paver is established according to the selection model.Then,I establish the modeling and simulation of the hydraulic system of the prototype on the AMESim simulation software.For each prototype system of speed under different slope control signal analysis about the dynamic response to determine the optimal start time.Taking the control signal of the optimal start-up time simulate pressure and speed of the system.The mainly emulational data are compared with the theoretical analysis to verify the correctness of the theoretical design by observing the simulation curves of the systematic pressure and speed.Finally,I do a systematic static pressure test after the prototype.I initially estimate whether they meet the requirements or not,and then its dynamic test to judge whether the pressure of the work meet the designed requirements,the two tests confirm the correctness of the theoretical design. |
