Guss-asphalt mixture,a special-purpose material,is widely used in today's construction of highways and bridges.With the characteristics of large liquidity,low density and strong bounding,guss-asphalt mixture has to be operated by special paving equipment.Currently,in china's highway and bridge constructions,guss-asphalt pavers are mainly depending on import pavers.There are few domestic pavers and its products as well as key technology need further studies.In this thesis,a new-style 9m mastic asphalt paver is studied.Through analyzing the functions and operations of mastic asphalt paver,and referring foreign congeneric pavers,the author determines the primarily designed parameters of guss-asphalt paver.Based on the open-circuit structure,the driving hydraulic system,the hydraulic system of screeding device and the hydraulic system of sword distributor.The schematic diagrams of each hydraulic system are designed,and the matching study of the kinetic and dynamic parameters of the hydraulic driving system are carried out..Then the primary components of each hydraulic system are matched,selected,and checked.Finally,based on AMESim hydraulic simulation software,the hydraulic driving system of mastic asphalt pavers is modeled.Its standby,operation,climbing and going ahead as well as steering condition is stimulated.The simulation results verified the feasibility and rationality of the designed system of this research.
