Single wheel vibratory roller is one of the most common rolling equipment in construction.It is widely used in high grade highway construction,railway construction,airport construction,port and dam construction.As the requirements for the construction quality and the construction efficiency becomes higher and higher,recently,roller manufacturers has gradually developed to the large tonnageand the super tonnage,which has made some achievements.However,there is little research on the performance of large tonnage and super tonnage single steel wheel vibratory roller in domestic,and to be further in-deepth.In this paper,the key technology of YZ36 large exciting force roller is discussed,including compaction mechanism,hydraulic system and power distribution,working device and vibration damping system.In order to improve performance,reliability and service lifeof the YZ36 vibratory roller,the TDF model of the "roller-soil" vibration system is established based on the compaction mechanism.Dynamicresponse of YZ36 vibrorolleris analyzed.And it can be thought that the working frequency of the YZ36 vibratory roller is greater than its second-order natural frequency.It should be close to the second-order natural frequency as far as possible,which can get higher compaction efficiency.The hydraulic system of the YZ36 vibroroller is analyzed and the main hydraulic components are calculated and checked.The work of the device and its key parts are deeply studied.The three axis directional vibration structure of the vibrating wheel is analyzed,and the vibration shaft and the vibration bearing are checked and the finite element analysis is carried out.The first stage damping system of YZ36 vibratory roller is studied,and the main factors affecting the damping performance are analyzed.It is considered that the appropriate mass ratio of the upper and lower vehicles,the reasonable arrangement of the rubber damper and the driving side of the vibrating wheel adopting the rubber with circular cross section are conducive to the stability of the vibration system.The four degree of freedom vibration model of steelwheel is established,The influence of vibration damping system on the compaction performance of YZ36 vibratory roller is analyzed.It is considered that the center of vibration wheel,the center of the rack should be as far as possible with the vibration wheel geometric center coincidence,the stiffness and damping of rubber damper on both sides of vibration wheel should be as consistent as possible,which can greatly improve the compaction performance.Relying on the port of Erenhot to mandalt 331 national Rd construction project,the cement stabilized gravel base is paved by using the large thickness construction technology,using YZ36 vibratory roller and other roller perform combined compaction.thecompactnessof test meet the requirements of the specification,and the degree of compaction uniformity.
