| The vertical circulation stereo garage is a three-dimensional parking device that uses a vehicle carrying basket as the vehicle carrier and is driven by a motor to circulate the basket in a vertical path,parking the vehicle at a designated location.It has the characteristics of small land area,large storage quantity,high storage efficiency,and short assembly time.However,the traditional vertical circulation stereo garage has a large aspect ratio,which can cause structural instability under extremely complex loads.Therefore,this thesis takes the high-rise vertical circulation stereo garage as the research object,starting from its structural design,wind resistance stability research,seismic stability research and seismic suppression performance research,to explore the structural stability of high-rise vertical circulation stereo garage.The main research content of this article is as follows:A three-dimensional model of a vertical circulation stereo garage has been established,and based on the technical parameters and performance requirements of the vertical circulation stereo garage,the structural forms of the overall garage,transmission system,and vehicle carrying basket have been determined;Completed the structural design of the garage transmission system,vehicle carrying basket,and main frame,and determined the main structural parameters of the vertical circulation stereo garage;The ANSYS Workbench finite element software was used to conduct mechanical analysis on the key components of the stereo garage transmission system,verifying the reliability and stability of the transmission system design.The research on the wind resistance stability of the vertical circulation stereo garage was carried out.Based on the calculation results of the garage wind load and static load,the load parameters of the garage under different combination conditions were determined,and the finite element simulation model of the vertical circulation stereo garage was established.The static structural module of the finite element software ANSYS Workbench was used to obtain the stress and deformation of the garage under four different wind load conditions.The results indicate that the stiffness and strength of the stereo garage meet the design requirements under wind load,and the garage has good wind resistance stability.The seismic stability of vertical circulation stereo garage is studied.Based on the modal analysis results,the response spectrum and transient dynamic analysis of the garage under seismic load are carried out respectively,and the dynamic response and transient response under the structural seismic response spectrum are obtained.The results of the two analysis methods were mutually verified and supported,and the seismic performance evaluation of the garage was completed.Weak nodes such as insufficient stiffness of the garage diagonal pull rod and insufficient lateral stiffness of the overall structure of the garage were identified,indicating the direction for structural optimization.The overall structure of the vertical circulation stereo garage was optimized.Based on the results of the seismic stability study,the seismic performance of the vertical circulation stereo garage was studied to improve the stiffness of the garage diagonal link and the lateral stiffness of the overall structure of the garage.The results show that the combination of damping support and steel pipe support spacing arrangement has the best seismic suppression effect,with a maximum deformation response seismic suppression rate of 61.27%,which verifies the effectiveness of the seismic suppression structure and improves the seismic stability of the overall structure of the vertical circulation stereo garage.This thesis has 82 figures,23 tables,and 83 references. |
