Development Of Tooling Design System For Composite Material Components Based On MBD Template

In order to pursuit the lightweight and lower energy consumption target of plane,the composite materials with the great properties of specific strength,specific stiffness,good corrosion and other good properties,are widely used in the structures of the aircraft.To ensure the manufacturing precision and assembly precision of aircraft structures,a lot of molds,assembly tools and fixtures are needed in the manufacturing process.With the develop and application of MBD technology,it is urgently need to use the MBD technology into the design process of tooling whose foundation of the effective application is the standard expression of the tooling MBD model.Therefore,this thesis studies the tooling design technology of composite material components based on MBD Template,the main work and results are as the following:(1)Data structure of tooling MBD model of the composite material components is built refer to the national standard,GB/T 14734-2009,and the international standard,ASME Y14.-2009.The ontology model of information sets of tooling MBD model is built with the using of Protégé.And the means of expression of tooling MBD model’s information is made.(2)In the tooling design environment,CATIA,the mentality of designing tooling with tooling MBD template is proposed basing on the design requirement of tooling MBD model of composite material components.The tooling MBD template of composite material components is set up according to the principle of building tooling MBD template,and the format of tooling MBD template is expounded.The Database of tooling MBD template of composite material components is set up basing on the requirement of designing the tooling MBD template.The two way of classification query and fuzzy query are set up.(3)The tooling design system of the composite material components based on CAA in the CATIA.The system can realize the management of the tooling MBD template and the information of tooling MBD model.And it can be used to finish the functions of building and using the tooling MBD template.
