With the development of high-rise building,elevators have been a vertical tool in these building.According to the research of different way of motor drive and the structure of traction machine. There is a significant difference in elevator’s energy consumption. With the number of elevator ’s production and ownership increase rapidly,energy-saving as a hot spot has been concerned. By analysising the elevator ’s energy consumption differently, the traction machine without gear is more energy saving in all tractions.In the control mode of elevator, variable voltage variable frequency is more energy saving than other control mode.So the control mode of variable voltage variable frequency with no-gear traction machine is the best way to save energy.The passenger’s comfort and the spend time in elevator should be concerned comprehensively.To make the passenger feel good and spend little time,the type of parabolic curve should be selected as the running way of elevator’s speed.By analysising the characteristic of elevator’s operation in all states,the torque of elevator change frequently and have width range of speed.As the permanent magnet synchronous motor have the advantages of low speed with high torque,it’s the best way to select PMSM as the motor of elevator traction machine.By the way of decoupling,the mathematical model of PMSM vector control which make the current of d-axis is zero is built.To reduce the disturbance of speed when elevator is running,SVPWM is selected as the way of frequency conversion. Because flux linkage of PMSM is smooth with little disturbance,so the elevator work steadily. By using the simulation software,the model of SVPWM is built.From the result of the simulation,SVPWM have the characteristics of low disturbance of flux linkage, high utilization of DC voltage and the little harmonic pollution. By simulating the PMSM speed control system of SPWM, CFPWM and SVPWM comprehensively, the speed and torque of PMSM by using SVPWM is best with least disturbance. So the SVPWM is the best way to be used as the method of frequency conversion in elevator speed control system.The algorithm of PI is mature and used widely in control field. To increase the rapidity of elevator and reduce the dependence of mathematical model, the algorithm of fuzzy self-tuning PI parameters is used to overcome the disadvantages of low robustness and rapidity of PI. By inputting the signal of constant speed, the overshoot and rise-time is reduced in using fuzzy self-tuning PI parameters. So the dynamic performance of elevator speed control system is improved. By simulating the PMSM speed control system based on the parabolic speed curve of elevator, the elevator follow the speed curve and work steadily.So the fuzzy self-tuning PI parameters which is used in elevator speed control system is effective and feasible.By using the hardware and software of PE-VIEW8 which is developed by Myway Company, the experimental platform of elevator speed control system is built. At the section of speed feedback, the speed error is found. By analyzing the reason combine with the encoder, a simple and effective method is proposed and removes the error completely. So the precision of speed is improved. Meanwhile, the miscalculation which the controller makes according to the error of speed feedback is removed. When using the SVPWM, the position of rotor should be detected and located accurately with single direction. To solve these problems, a simple and practical method is proposed and successful make the rotor coincide with the A phase of stator. As the limitation of CPU’s clock and the short time of calculation, fuzzy self-tuning PI parameters is simplified which is suitable to the PMSM control system. By improving the way of speed feedback, rotor position testing and locating and fuzzy self-tuning PI parameters, the performance of elevator is better and have great value in researching the PMSM control system based on the elevator.
