Study On Safety Management Of Super High Rise Building Construction

Since twenty-first Century,with the rapid development of China's economy and urbanization process,a large number of rural population have entered the city,while promoting economic growth,it has also caused urban problems such as tight land resources.In order to ease the tension of urban housing and improve the living environment of the city,it is necessary to improve the land use efficiency.But because the super high-rise building is built in the process of deep foundation,the main structure of high,long construction period and so on,so there are a lot of hidden dangers in the construction.These security risks are linked to each other and are in the process of dynamic development,which makes the super high-rise buildings in the construction process of the security risks,it is easy to lead to the occurrence of safety accidents.With the rapid development of super high-rise buildings,the safety problem is known as a major obstacle to the development of super high-rise buildings.To reduce the casualties and property losses,the research on how to better management of high-rise project site safety is imperative,in this paper,the security is based on the theory of the combination of systems engineering and other related disciplines to make a research on how to do the construction site of the high-rise building safety.From the point of view of safety investment,this paper explores how to carry out the safety management of high-rise building construction.The main contents of this paper can be divided into the following aspects:(1)This paper discusses the background and significance of the research,and describes the development of safety management both at home and abroad from the aspects of theory and Practice.This paper introduces the particularity of the safety management in the construction and construction of super high rise building,and introduces some related theories of safety management.Do a good job of theoretical groundwork for the following research(2)Using the fault tree analysis,from the angle of high-rise building,The main safety accidents on construction site with a common analysis,establish the fault tree model,and these risk factors that lead to safety accidents are summarized,including the construction of human,material,environment,management of the four level indicators and safety awareness,operation skills of the 15 indicators in level two.(3)Based on the index system,using the related theories of system dynamics and the soft of Vensim,from the point of view of safety investment to establish the construction site safety management evaluation model,through the simulation of the construction site safety situation,targeted measures.(4)Using analytic network method to analyze the index system of each index in different stages of the construction site of the security situation so as to make the weight,when we do the redistribution of safety investment.(5)Through a concrete project in construction of high-rise building as an example,systematically expounded the application process of the model,and simulated by the model results are compared with the actual situation,proved the rationality and practicality of the model.
