As a traditional industry,with the development of construction technology,super high-rise buildings are springing up.W Company was founded in such an environment.The company strives to build YQ super high-level projects,build construction quality,and then go global and occupy more market shares.This thesis first elaborated the writing background,research significance,the domestic and foreign literature discusses the framework and papers,and then expounds the TQM total quality management and quality of PDCA cycle management of related theoretical foundation,then to YQ super-tall building project main body construction stage of quality management as the research object,through the review of previous quality issues list for statistical analysis,The quality problems and main reasons in the reinforcement,formwork and concrete works in the main construction stage are obtained.The main reasons are the poor quality of supply from suppliers and the outdated steel processing equipment.The team self-inspection is not solid,the operator skills are missing;Reward and punishment measures are not perfect.Then according to the actual situation of YQ project,the theory of quality management is used to design the improvement scheme.By planning the supplier selection process and standards,and then select more qualified material suppliers;Analyze the existing equipment based on technical performance and economic performance to improve the quality and efficiency of on-site processing;Collect training needs and content through questionnaire,design training courses and training methods,develop training plans according to the actual needs,strengthen quality awareness from the ideological,so as to improve the quality of operation;It is undoubtedly the most direct way to strengthen the management of performance assessment by planning the assessment cycle and assessment indicators for different groups and carrying out a reasonable balance on the weight of indicators.Finally,in order to ensure the effective operation of the above quality measures and achieve the purpose of continuous improvement,the improvement plan implementation group is planned and set up,the mechanism of continuous improvement is established,and the supervision mechanism is improved in the process,and the points-based management system is established to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.
