As one of the important measures of flood control,the real-time flood control of reservoir plays an important role in flood control and disaster reduction.However,there are lots of uncertain information in the real-time flood-control operation,and the decision makers need to make a comparison and selection for operation schemes.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a variety of feasible,reasonable and effective flood control operation schemes according to the requirements of decision maker.The article revolves around this need take Baishan-Fengman cascade reservoir as an engineering background,study and select the appropriate optimization algorithm,establish a real-time flood control optimal scheduling model,and design and development of flood control dispatching system for cascade reservoir of Bai-Feng cascade,the following research study is carried out:(1)In the background of Baishan reservoir are established based on GA and POA of single reservoir optimal flood dispatching model.Discussing the principle and steps of the two optimization models,and analyzing the result influence with the properties of the two optimization models,and pointing out advantages and disadvantages between the two kinds of algorithms in establishing Flood Dispatching Model,and provide reference for algorithm selection of the fast model to generate real-time flood-control operation.(2)According to the requirement of real-time operation,this article establishes a fast model to generate real-time flood-control operation scheme,which can quickly generate the conventional operation scheme and the interactive optimization operation scheme.In this paper,the interactive optimization operation model combines with the POA,adds the heuristic information that consider the level of forecast rainfall,and the model of refined constraint,so that the decision maker can change the constraint value in different time intervals to generate feasible,reasonable and effective operation schemes.Taking the Baishan Reservoir as the background,the results show that the model can adapt to the variable decision requirements and generate reasonable and feasible scheduling schemes,which has a reference.(3)Aiming at the demand of the cascade reservoirs group combined flood-control dispatching scheme,the fast model to generate real-time flood-control operation scheme of the Baishan-Fengman eascade reservoir group is established by using system-decomposition and combining with the real-time flood control operation scheme to generate the model technology quickly.At the same time,aiming at the multi-objective scheme of model generation,the fuzzy optimization model of multi-objective flood control decision of cascade reservoir group flood control system is selected.The results show that the model has a certain reference.(4)In response to the construction of reservoir operation,using J2 EE technology framework,Ajax-SpringMVC request-response technology,jQuery,easyUI,Highcharts,Hibernate framework based on the development of B/S three-tier model of the BaishanFengman eascade reservoir group control operation system.The system has clear function,low coupling,and has good display and operation effect.
