Construction Quality Control Of Aluminum Alloy Formwork

The urbanization level of our country has improved continuously in recent years,as well as the cause of construction.Even though wooden template and bamboo plywood form have convenient operation,but they also have raw material consumption and low repeated utilization.Steel formwork has high strength but heavy weight.Then new materials of the template get development such as Aluminum alloy and glass fiber.Particularly,the Aluminum alloy template can effectively reduce the amount of labor and time for the actual project benefit from its advantages of fast construction speed,well stability,strong bearing capacity,level concrete surface,safe and clean field construction environment,easy personnel training,alternative of the installation position,lots of times to reuse,energy conservation and environmental protection.All of these make it a large application space in the infrastructure construction.However,due to the late start of production and application of architectural aluminum formwork in China,there is no unified product standard,and how to control the construction quality effectively in the construction process is a project worthy of study and can promote the significance of the subject.Relies on the project of Xiangyang Yungang New Citizen Apartment,this article carries on the research to the construction quality control of aluminum alloy formwork through the following several steps:(1)Fully study the development of aluminum alloy template at home and abroad,the material and structural characteristics of aluminum alloy template are introduced.and lay a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up engineering application.(2)From the technical point of view,combined with the project of Xiangyang Yungang New Citizen Apartment,it is proposed that the manufacturer of aluminum alloy formwork should be selected strictly,design and manufacturing should be deepened,material acceptance should be improved,and templates should be preassembled in the pre-construction stage.(3)From the technical point of view,combined with the detailed construction process of aluminum alloy template,problems affecting the quality of construction problems are pointed out,such as the position of counter screw bolts and steel bars are often interfere,the cement is often leak out of the bolt hole,bubbles are difficult to drain during concrete pouring,removal of the template is not proper,the location of the door and window openings prone to greater bias,stair platform plate and floor board is often dislocate.And the corresponding effective control measures are put forward.(4)From the management point of view,a number of initiatives are put forward,such as responsibility system of engineering quality,quality inspection and accreditation system,personnel training system,contacting with the supervising engineer system,"Three self-management" and "three workers check" system,project quality accident reporting system and quality incentive measures.A comprehensive quality management system was implemented,so as to effectively control the quality of aluminum template construction.(5)From the aspects of technology and management,the quality control measures of aluminum alloy formwork throughout the construction period are analyzed and summarized.These conclusions can promote the evolution and development of aluminum alloy formwork construction technology,can promote the unity of the relevant standards and norms,and also can provide a technical reference for aluminum alloy formwork quality control of similar construction engineering.
