With the development of modern railway passenger terminals,the large railway passenger hub has novel appearance,large space requirements,therefore,unique shape of steel structure engineering becomes the main direction of the development of the large passenger station,which has the advantages of large span and easy construction.The steel structure project of GuiYang North Railway Station has a certain representation in the construction of large railway junction,the steel component manufacture,roof structure construction complexity,diversity of construction methods,and can provide reference for the construction of steel structure engineering.Based on the research of construction method,such as high-space dispersal spell method of steel structure,slitting installation method,high slip method,hoisting method,jacking method,folding expansion method,combined with the engineering example of the steel structure of GuiYang North Railway Station,the theoretical method is translated into practical application,the applicability of the related construction technology in the steel structure project of GuiYang North Railway Station is proved,Provides the theory instruction and the engineering experience for the similar steel structure engineering project formulation,the scene construction.The calculation and Simulation of the whole process of welding technology,the key working procedure in the early stage of the steel structure project was confirmed.On this basis,the construction technology of steel structure project of GuiYang North Railway Station,the station canopy,especially containing various kinds of steel structure housing cover station,among them,the central part of the truss structure using double machine construction;the welding ball rack at both ends of the station used hoisting technology of scaffold;both sides of the station building welding ball rack adopted the block accumulation mode of hydraulic synchronous lifting.through the study of the integrity of a variety of different construction technology,to determine the feasibility of a variety of technology construction of complex construction conditions,different from the general construction of a single structure,had a certain practical significance of the project.
