| As a magnificent sports event that integrates sports,economy,politics,and culture,the provincial sports meeting played an important role in promoting the city construction,science and technology progress,as well as the economic development,providing a broad stage to show and develop the Chinese culture.As the main venue of the 14 th Provincial Sports Meeting in Anhui Province in 2018,Bengbu Sports Center mainly consists of sports field,stadium,sports school,viewing tower,and multi-functional stadium.With a construction area of around 41400 square meters,the sports field mainly consists the reinforced concrete stand in the lower level,and the steel shed with the size of roof in the upper level.It is a round shape with a diameter of 257 m in the flat view.The design of this sports field is integrated with the concept of dragon.Its architecture style is unique and beautiful,with strong local characteristics.This paper focuses on the research of existing problems and key construction techniques of sports fields based on the project of Bengbu Sports Center.Detailed simulation analysis was carried out with the use of large-scale general finite element software,and the real-time monitoring of key parts in the construction process was done through wireless monitoring technology,providing scientific basis for the architectural structure design and construction,government decision,as well as the healthy operation of stadiums.The following work about Bengbu Sports Center has been done with effective results:(1)According to the project status of sports field of the Sports Center,the important and difficult points of the construction process in this project was concluded.The construction technique scheme of the sports field was drawn,with the adoption of large-scale structure type of large overhanging solid steel beam and three-way multi-point round pipe support,and the using of H-shaped steel beam variable-section prestressed tensioning technology.The multi-tuned mass damper(MTMD)cushioning technology of the large-scale cantilever structure was developed.The modular construction of dragon scale metal roof panels was put forward.(2)According to the actual construction situation of the sports field of the Sports Center,the simulation and analysis of structure construction process was done with the use of MIDAS/Gen,the large-scale general finite element software,based on the construction technique requirements.The influence of material nonlinearity andgeometric nonlinearity was discussed.The safety of the normal use status of the structure was evaluated according to the existing standard,providing technology support for on-site construction and monitoring.(3)According to the construction plan of the sports field in Sports Center,the monitoring plan was determined.The real-time monitoring of key parts in the construction process was done through wireless monitoring technology.A comparison analysis was made on the finite element value and the real-time value of on-site monitoring,with a reasonable evaluation of the whole process of structural construction.The research results of this paper are representative,with guiding significance for the construction and monitoring of similar projects. |
