Research On The Index System And Evaluation Method Of Railway Green Construction Assessment

Railway transport industry is the important basic industry of national economy,and it occupies in modern transportation system and its important position.According to the statistics by the end of 2015,China railway mileage reached more than 120000 kilometers,adding more than 9000 kilometers.The rapid development of railway construction promote the region along the transportation industry,manufacturing industry related to the development of economy,the improvement of people's quality of life,but also with the ecological problem problem.In the railway construction of the whole life cycle,the unit of construction stage to participate in the most,personnel and cross wide,process complex,long construction period,construction activities on the environment pollution and destruction of the largest and the most direct.Therefore,to carry out the resource saving and environmentally friendly green low carbon green construction is the focus of the railway construction in railway construction.Green based on railway construction as the research object,on the basis of theoretical analysis,through the pressure-state-response model analysis of railway green construction,and based on the model,established the evaluation index system of green railway construction as well as the content and measurement method of each index;To establish the index system of design expert questionnaire,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the index weight of railway green construction,by using the gray system comprehensive evaluation method to determine railway green construction level.Finally,chongqing railway project overview,analyzed their level of green construction,made the following main results:(1)introducing the gray system theory construction of railway green,make up for the usual evaluation methods of green construction,the selection of research,also promoted the comprehensive promotion of green construction in the railway departments.(2)the use of the sustainable development research system of pressure state response model of building ideas,set up railway PSR framework model of green construction assessment,content and measure method of every index in detail,and puts forward the quantitative index of the dimensionless method.(3)construct the index system of green construction assessment rating standards,and through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and gray system theory to the chongqing railway green construction level evaluation,comprehensive evaluation value of 1.84,at a good level,and the score in the index put forward the corresponding improvement measures.
