Research On Urban And Industry Integration-oriented Sptial Layout Of Suburban Industiral Parks For Valley Cities In Northwestern China

Since the reform and opening-up,China has developed a wide range of development zones.The quality of infrastructure construction is generally high,the Government also provides a superior investment policy,coupled with efficient operation and management system,they are all effectively promote the overall quality of the development zones.After entering the new century,due to the isolated development of industry and urban,there are some problems: the zones and their areas are not coordinated,the city function is weak,the industrial space structure is single,the supporting service facilities are not and job groups do not match,etc.In recent years,in order to solve uncoordinated problem of urbanization and industrialization,the state put forward the strategic goal of "four modernizations",and the new urbanization plan also pointed out the direction for the Industrial park to realize the simultaneous development of industrialization and urbanization.With the "the Belt and Road" strategy,the construction and development in the northwest of China usher in the opportunity,in the future,the Northwest will be more to undertake the transfer of industries in the eastern of China,the industrial park planning and construction will be substantial.Combined with the current macro background,the important industry and spatial layout theory,based on the analysis of the spatial characteristics of the valley cities,the paper puts forward the spatial layout strategy of the Northwest Industrial Park under the guidance of urban and industry integration,which aims to solve the spatial uncoordinated development of the urban and industry by means of planning.This study is problem-oriented,and the research context is as follows:First of all,through combing the related theory and practice research on urban and industry integration and industrial park layout planning,it reviews the current research focus and shortcomings,to explore the scientific value and significance,lay the theoretical and practical basis for this study.Secondly,it analyzes the spatial characteristics and development advantages of the valley city,summarizes the spatial layout problems existing in the current construction of the industrial park,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Thirdly,based on the connotation of the concept of integration of the city,it discusses the spatial layout strategy of industrial parks from six aspects: the layout relationship between Industrial Park and the main urban area,the overall layout of the industrial park,The layout of functional land,the layout of various types of land use,the road system and green landscape system layout.It summarizes the factors affecting the development of space,and constructs the evaluation system of the spatial integration for the Suburban Industiral Parks in Valley Cities of Northwestern China.Finally,based on the previous theory and the spatial layout strategy of the industrial park,it takes the planning of the North Area of Dingxi Economic Development Zone as an example to study its spatial layout,discusses the practical application of the Urban and Industry Integration-oriented spatial layout strategy on Suburban Industiral Parks for Valley Cities in Northwestern China.This paper puts forward the Urban and Industry Integration-oriented spatial layout strategy on Suburban Industiral Parks for Valley Cities in Northwestern China,and constructs the evaluation system of the spatial integration for them,the purpose is to scientifically guide the spatial layout of the same type of industrial park.
