Autoclaved aerated concrete wall panel(ALC panel)has many advantages such as light weight,high strength,thermal insulation,sound insulation performance,good fire proof performance and etc.Its quick construction and green environmental protection meet the requirements of industrialization construction and the green building for retaining structure,Which belongs to one of the first choice of wall material in the national wall reform.At present,the ALC panel is widely used in big cities of south China and developed countries,but in the northwest region of China,the application of ALC panel is less.Because there are little analysis for ALC panel's comprehensive benefits,which includes low-carbon and green environmental protection,fast construction,energy conservation and so on.People's understanding of their comprehensive benefits is not deep enough yet.Many developers have a one-sided understanding of the high price of the wall panel.They ignores the indirect economic benefits of its thermal insulation,fire and durable,low-carbon environmental protection.They believe that using new wall materials will increase the cost of construction.Therefore,in order to make people have a new understanding of the comprehensive performance of ALC panels and the wall panels be widely used and its advantages be fully utilized,it is necessary to study the comprehensive performance of the wall.In order to analyze the comprehensive performance of ALC panels and study whether it meets the requirements of national industrialization policy.This paper does research in the ALC panels production plant and construction site,collecting data as the technical parameters and theoretical basis.From the ALC panel's material collection,production to the construction and installation to research and analyze,so getting ALC panel's design standardization,production plant,construction mechanization are in line with the requirements of industrial building components.On the basis of the field investigation,from the evaluation background of the green building materials,building the carbon storage and energy consumption calculation formula of the whole life cycle of the building material and calculating the energy consumption of the whole life cycle carbon and energy consumption of ALC panels.Getting that they are low-carbon green building materials,which are in line with the requirements of green building on building materials.On this basis,this paper,from the direct and indirect benefits of two aspects,combining with the actual project case,does structural design for ALC panels and traditional wall materials.Comparing the load of building,the amount of main structure steel,the amount ofconcrete and the price of wall material,we analyze the comprehensive benefit of the ALC panels.Using the value engineering analysis method analyzes the relationship between the function and the cost of ALC panel and finds out the reason of high direct cost.We research on its environmental benefit and social benefit.The results show that the ALC panel has low environmental protection,green energy saving and high comprehensive benefit,and belongs to the economical wall material with good engineering application value.
