Nowadays,there has been pavement disease in our country’s cement concrete pavement built earily,affecting the structural performance and driving performance of the road seriously and causing hidden danger for driving safely.Therefore,the old cement concrete pavement’s renovation project has been put on the agenda.The traditional renovation measures are “PCC overlaid PCC”,“PCC overlaid AC”,“PCC changed AC”,there will be reflection cracks after renovation and can’t achieve the desired results.Therefore,foreign researchers put forward the resonance rubblization technology that the old cement pavement is crushed and compacted,and then paved with asphalt concrete.This technology could effectively eliminate the reflection cracks.So,the study of resonant rubblization technology and equipment has an important role in engineering practical guidance.This paper studied the vibration system and hydraulic drive system of resonant crusher on the basis of theory and simulation.Firstly,this paper conducted analysis and calculation about the kinematics and dynamics of the vibration system,and the expression of the driving torque of the vibration system under the starting condition and the stationary condition is obtained;conducted the modal analysis of the resonant beam based on the ANSYS,the modal of the vibration beam and the position of the support point of the vibrating beam are selected;Established the dynamic simulation model of the whole and divided beam’s rigid-flexible multi-body vibration system,studying the difference between the whole beam vibration and the divided beam vibration;Established the complete dynamic model of resonant system and simulated the exciting force under the different exciting frequency;The hydraulic driving system’s static parameters are matched and calculated,A hydraulic hydraulic drive system model is established.Aiming at the problem of hydraulic shock in the starting condition,an optimization strategy of reducing the hydraulic shock by inputting the segmented current signal.Through the simulation results,we can find that the optimized signal can not only reduce the pressure impact peak,but also shorten the start-up time,so we can use the segmented current signal as the system input signal.
