Hydraulic drive and control technology is because with high power to weight ratio,response speed,can realize stepless speed regulation and automatic control,with self-protection function,etc.,especially with automatic control technology,microelectronic sensor technology,information technology and computer technology combined,has become an important basis for the industrialization of modern technology,in all sectors of the national economy won the widely used.In order to meet the needs of the industrial field,we must be able to understand and test the production of various types of hydraulic components,the first hand to master the technical information.In this context,users have their own hydraulic test equipment has become the trend of development,high performance,comprehensive experimental equipment for users in various fields is increasingly important.The hydraulic system is one of the conventional submarine commonly used system,at present the conventional submarine hydraulic system haven’t land on the test platform,system design is carried out in accordance with the traditional steps,after the pre design and design the performance of the system unable to predict and verify.In this paper,the performance of hydraulic components test platform is designed for the first time in the design process of the hydraulic system of the submarine.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:This paper describes the research status and the latest development trends of hydraulic components performance testing technology at home and abroad,and analyzes the principle of the performance testing of hydraulic components based on virtual instrument;Were hydraulic components performance test scheme analysis,introduced the hardware composition of the system and function,hydraulic pump,pressure valve,flow valve,reversing valve,proportion direction valve,proportional valves,servo valve performance parameters and test principle are introduced in this paper.In this paper,all kinds of parameters and various kinds of signals that need to be tested in the performance test of all kinds of hydraulic components are summarized,as well as various kinds of data needed to be detected.The hardware selection and software structure and analysis of the test system are completed,and the test platform is built with LABVIEW2010 software.The software structure of the test system is introduced.The test system of hydraulic components based on virtual instrument is formed by the cooperation of hardware and software.Building installation debugging using the test platform,on the hydraulic components of performance test,and select the part of the test results are analyzed,find out the reasons for the errors,find out deficiency of the test platform,discuss specific improvement ideas.Summarize and analyze the subject,and look for the future improvement of the subject.
