Along with the increasing population of the city,parking problems have been seriously disturbed the development of the city.The appearance of stereo garage makes the problem easier which also gradually turns into a growing trend in the future.In this article,according to the geographical advantages of roadway and the basis of wireless communication,a control system for the multilayer linkage of garage is designed and developed,with the purpose of intelligentization,full automation,safe and reliable operation of the garage.The main research works are as follows:Firstly,the research status of mechanical parking equipment at home and abroad as well as the advantages/disadvantages of multiple kinds of garages are compared and analyzed,lane type plane shifting stereo garage is selected as the object of study finally according to various factors.The integral structure of the garage is described,especially for the composition and operation mode of the jacking system and flat conveyors,meanwhile,the positioning principle and working process of the whole garage are also introduced.Secondly,both software and hardware design of the garage are studied emphatically.In the aspect of hardware,Siemens S7-200 is chosen as the mail controller.The control system is developed combined with the touch screen,encoder,inverter,wireless module and photoelectric sensor.Regarding to its high altitude,complex wiring,inaccurate fault location,a master-slave control mode is proposed based on the wireless communication module which can meet the requirement of multi-layer linkage.On the software side,the design objective is put forward firstly and the overall structure of the software is explained in detail,including the basic procedure of the carrier,the sub flows of the sensor inspection,card scheduling,access scheduler and communication module,the safeguard of the garage.What's more,a more stable communication mode is designed.Command check will be implemented to decide if it is needed to re-send the signal,which can ensure the smooth communication and the normal operation of the whole system.Finally,the configuration of the touch panel screen based on WinCC flexible software is developed which can monitor the garage operation and remind warning timely.Remote operation on stereo garage is accomplished successfully.
