Research On Design For Disassembling Children Product Based On A Leasing Business Model

Facing the current increasingly serious environmental and ecological crisis,and humans began to think of the traditional design and manufacturing activities impact on the environment.This paper emphatically considered in children product disassembling,recyclability and reusable property throughout the product life cycle.So this paper puts forward some children product design strategies based on leasing business model.It combines the existing commercial leasing model and green design of design for disassembly methodology.To prolong the children product life cycle,ultimately achieve the goal of sustainable development.Firstly,this paper analyzes design for disassembly methodology of the basic theory of green design theory and the disassembling design principles and property evaluation methods.In the second place,clear the definition of children and children product and categories,determine the product type and target groups.This paper is analysis of characteristics and disadvantages of the existing children’s products,as a breakthrough point for research.It is according to different age children to analyze children’s physiological and psychological aspects to get children in different periods of the needs of the product.In the third place,the real consumer of Children product is parents,parents to pay for children’s products.So this paper study consumer psychology,children’s consumption characteristics,parents using second-hand products psychology.It is concluded that parents all aspects of the demand for children’s products and with the demand of children and their parents to study the functional elements of children product.In the forth place,this paper introduces a concept of product service system and analyses the leasing business model combined with disassembling children product design advantage.And it puts forward under the leasing business model disassembling children product design strategy and the module design method.Finally,this paper verifies the design strategy and the module design method by product design.Make children product design is in line with the principle of green design,and achieve the goal of prolonging the life cycle and sustainable development.
