In recent years,the construction industry is developing rapidly.Due to the functional requirements of the building.Architects need to have a larger space at the bottom of the building to represent the overall image of the building.Now the buildings often form that the bottom part of the column is very large,and the upper part of the column is very small.Therefore,the transformation of structural form in the future of the building structure will be used more widely.In this paper,the influence of the conversion site on the seismic behavior of high-rise structures is discussed.Starting with the structural design of a practical project,this paper summarizes the results of the structural design of the whole building,and analyzes the seismic performance of the whole structure.We change the form of transfer structure for engineering model,comparison in the same project by truss and beam transfer structure,study the effects of two different types of transfer structure on the seismic performance of the whole structure;at the same time,carries on the three dimensional finite element analysis of us on the different forms of conversion components.Analysis different forms of transfer structure force and deformation characteristics.The research shows that the truss structure is better than the beam type structure.Its superiority lies in: in the earthquake,the truss type conversion structure earthquake smaller;in the overall deformation and truss transfer structure is more ductility;in the stiffness of the layer and layer shear bearing capacity and beam transfer structure more easily lead to local structure formation of soft weak layer and weak layer.Under the condition of satisfying the requirement of stress and deformation,the project has also carried out the seismic performance design,and put forward a higher seismic performance target for the key parts such as the conversion truss.According to the performance objectives of conversion truss were in shock elastic calculation,seismic yielding stage calculation,elastic-plastic time history analysis and the big earthquake.According to the research results,conversion truss achieved the performance objectives of demand.In addition,in order to ensure the safety performance of the conversion truss,the author analyzes and studies the problems of the large span section comfort,the vertical bearing capacity of the conversion truss,the anti collapse,and the bearing capacity of the truss joints.The results can meet the design requirements.Through the research and comparison,the author thinks that the truss structure system is more reasonable in the large space of the building.The research results can be used for the design of similar projects.
