In recent years,accidents in subway operation have occured frequently,and subway operation security is not in an optimistic situation.Severe security status has been increasingly paid attention by the government,academics and other social parties.Human,equipment,environment,and management are all involved in the daily opention of subway.The causes of accidents are becoming more and more complicated,which has led to higher requirements for safety management during the operation.The characteristics of visualization,parameterization,and data integration of BIM technology can greatly improve the current situation of safety management in construction and track engineering.Based on above points,this paper combines the BIM technology with the safety management of subway operation stage,in order to improve the safety management informationization level of subway operation stage.Firstly,on the basis of the comparative analysis on domestic and foreign safety management models in subway operation,combing with the existing Chinese safety management research,we proposed that realizing information management is an important way to improve the safety management in subway operation.Through the introduction to the application of BIM technology in subway operation,we concluded that it is a good choice to apply BIM technology for achieving the informationization of safety management.Secondly,we applied text mining technology to carry out information mining of accident text and get terms with a higher degree of association with accident based on cases analysis of 110 domestic and foreign subway operation accident.In addition,110 accidents were further analyzed in detail,and the main types of accidents as well as the distribution discipline of accidents on the aspects of time,location,factor and repair time were obtained eventually,which could lay the foundation for studying the mechanism of causing accidents.Then,combing with the characteristics of subway operating system,the model system of accident causing mechanism based on human,equipment,environment,and management was established.We profoundly analyzed the four factors,and obtained indicators that could influence each factor.Then,we constructed the safety management evaluation index for operational stage.We also used the hierarchy analysis method to determine the weight of each index,and specified the application aspects of BIM technology in subway operation: safety operation management of equipment,personnel safety education and training,and emergency evacuation.Lastly,on the basis of equipment application analysis through BIM technology in subway operation,we designed the equipment operation and maintenance management framework,and established operation and maintenance database of subway equipment using Access2010.In addition,the planned maintenance,state maintenance,and troubleshooting of the framework were introduced in detail.With BIM technology and Pathfinder,case study on the application of BIM technology for improving the emergency evacuation of subway was carried out.In accordance with the advantages of BIM technology in safety education and training,and combined with application examples,we demonstrated the application of BIM technology in safety education and training.To sum up,the research content of this paper is useful for the safety management of subway operation stage.
