Research On Industrial Design Of Mulberry Leaves Dryer

With the maturity of drying technology and the promotion of mulberry feed,the prospects of e quipment for mulberry leaves drying are very broad.However,the product design of mulberry leave s dryer has many defects such as simple and rigid modeling,single and boring color and inconvenie nt operation.In this paper,the mulberry leaves dryer is studied as the research object,including theo-retical research of industrial design,indepth study in practical,scientific and aesthetic way.Then according to these research results,do the modeling design practice and analysis of mulberry leaves dryer.First of all,the functional structure and demand analysis of mulberry leaves dryer is done,including the analysis of the overall functional structure and each partial component,through field research to do market and customer demand analysis,so as to determine the key points of product design and optimize the direction of improvement.Secondly,do the modeling design and aesthetics of mulberry leaf dryer.Using emotional engineering,color psychology,materials science and so on to do the research of product shape,color and material,and use aesthetic form of rules to do product modeling to improve the scientific and artistic design of mulberry leaves dryer.Then,based on the ergonomics research,the mulberry leaves dryer is analyzed,including drying box,display devices,operating devices etc.,in order to improve the mulberry leaves dryer design to be more practical and humanized.Finally,based on the research results of mulberry leaves dryer,the product design is carried out,including the display and instructions of design.Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of multi-factor to select the best one,which provides a new direction and idea for the product design of mulberry leaves dryer.
