Research On The Method Of Urban Public Bicycle Effectiveness Analysis

Public bike as an energy saving,convenient,economical and practical green transport,advocated the "green travel,energy conservation" concept coincide,changed people’s way of life in the subtle.China’s public bicycle traffic system are in a period of vigorous development,in their implementation,process has gradually exposed some problems.This paper based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic and international development,focuses on the analysis of the effectiveness of public bicycle in our country,provide theoretical guidance for the healthy development of the bicycle systemThis paper clarified the basic connotation and function of public bicycle based on the domestic and international experience in the development of public bicycle.This paper constructed the index system of performance analysis and evaluation based on grasping the connotation of performance analysis and combining with relevant research at home and abroad.Including three first-level indicators,transportation efficiency,economic efficiency,social benefits.And a total of nine secondary indicators,saving the benefits of the travel time,saving the cost of travel expenses,improving the efficiency of the travel structure,the operational efficiency of the enterprise,replacing the cost of the traffic capacity,saving energy efficiency and protecting the environment.This paper analyzed the evaluation and evaluation of the performance of the city public bike by the comprehensive AHP method,and constructs the efficiency analysis model.By selecting the Gulou District of Nanjing as an example to calculate,the paper got the reasonable size of public bicycles,provided reference for the development scale of public bicycle in the main city of Nanjing.
