| Now,in order to meet the large-scale demand for electricity from the people,China has gradually increased the construction of the power station,the scale of the growing and even become saturated,resulting in power construction project contracting business development stagnant state In addition,the national promulgation and implementation of the "one way all the way" on the basis of the strategy,the Chinese power station project general contracting enterprises among the large ranks among the international electricity market,becoming the main force in the international market,of course,the promotion of international power business The key to the development of many power contracting enterprises.However,social,political and economic factors such as the inevitable operation of the international power engineering,development and growth have an inevitable interference,which brought great distress and challenges.In addition,EPC general contracting model is an important way in the international business promotion work,which has played a role that can not be underestimated for the smooth development of contracted enterprises,and greatly widened the scope of responsibility.Now,with the overseas development of China’s power contracting company,even if the accumulated years of experience,but its risk management awareness is still relatively weak,the lack of risk for the EPC model of accurate judgments and comprehensive understanding.In this paper,the EPC project of Bengal power transmission station in Bangladesh is taken as a research sample,and its risk is forecasted and analyzed by exploring its operation background and project implementation characteristics.First of all,based on the relevant theoretical skills to find and identify the causes of risk;secondly,the effective use of checklist method and Delphi method to identify the risk of two ways,in the TK risk team team cooperation,accurate analysis of EPC project potential Of the six risks,a total of 16 kinds,for the smooth implementation of the project may encounter the risk to provide a basis for judging.In addition,give full play to the advantages of the risk matrix evaluation method,to scientific and accurate assessment of the EPC project can trigger or potential risk factors,and then accurately derived three risk factors and secondary risk factors.Finally,a reasonable and effective solution is put forward according to the above-mentioned risk factors.At the same time,the corresponding countermeasures are given to each potential risk,and finally a sound,reasonable,scientific and feasible risk can be worked out Regulatory mechanism.Based on the research and implementation and the relevant literature,this paper summarizes a set of risk management strategies for international power transmission and transformation projects,which provides an effective reference for the construction of South Asia and the concrete implementation of Bangladesh follow-up projects. |
