Research On The Method Of Using BIM Software To Accurately Calculate The Engineering Quantity

In recent years,the construction industry market in our country is in a state of malaise,so the project cost management has been paid more and more attention by the construction workers.As a highly dependent on the information system management,BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology gradually attracted the attention of cost management personnel.In theory,the application of BIM technology can greatly improve the efficiency of cost management,and help cost personnel to better control costs.However,the application of BIM technology in the field of cost management in our country is not deep,especially the accuracy of the calculation of the amount of the project has not been widely recognized by the project cost management personnel.This situation directly causes the application of BIM technology in the construction project cost management of our country.This is the main research method of literature research,through the study and analysis of BIM technology at home and abroad on the research results of the study also through the historical evolution and the domestic engineering cost management industry calculation rules,find the theory support for the detailed and specific methods of using BIM software,accurate engineering quantity statistics,and summarized the modeling the standard BIM model,put forward the solution and possible application of BIM technology in domestic engineering budget problems.Using BIM modeling software Revit as an example,through the research on the model of component and component engineering deduction principle list extraction amount,analysis of the influence of different modeling methods of engineering quantity,determine the parameter information of BIM component model and database modeling sequence family.On this basis,combined with the bill of quantities calculation rules to define the standard model of calculation model.At the same time,the use of third party plug-in platform to calculate the amount to make up for the lack of Revit software in the calculation of the amount of work.Finally,an actual project in Anhui Province as a case,using the traditional graphics software and the definition of a good modeling standard Revit software modeling,engineering quantity and the two are compared,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method was validated using BIM technology to accurately calculate the engineering quantity.
