Structural Reinforcement Technology Of A Reconstruction And Expansion Project Research And Application

Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development,urbanization gradually accelerated,all kinds of buildings such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain like after another,but with the land resources increasingly tense,due to historical reasons of the unfinished building,old building renovation and reuse of factors,China has grown from a massive new stage to both new and retrofit repair stage,so the structure reinforcement of old buildings began to play an important role,strengthening the industry structure has developed rapidly,springing up all kinds of new materials,new technology and process.Taking the project that I have participated in as the starting point,I have made a systematic investigation and analysis of the structure reinforcement,the main contents are as follows:1)Deeply understand the origin and development history of structural strengthening,and further deepen the understanding of structural reinforcement by grasping the research results at home and abroad and the development trends of the industry.2)To the large number of existing buildings,strengthening the demand of large building as the research object,found the shortage of land resource,economic factors,historical legacy problems is the inherent reason at this stage to promote the structural transformation of our country strengthening the industry development.3)Describes the general procedure of structural reinforcement,feasibility and reinforcement of the building structure(analysis of technical feasibility analysis,feasibility analysis,economic uncertainty)are analyzed,and briefly introduces the basic principle of design and structure reinforcement calculation method of bearing capacity,to provide support for the scientific and reasonable reinforcement scheme is economical and applicable.In this paper,the main classification methods of two kinds of structure reinforcement at the present stage are introduced,including direct reinforcement method and indirect reinforcement method,and the relevant materials,techniques and standards of the direct strengthening method are introduced in detail.4)According to detailed analysis of the case project,described in the actual reinforcement of various problems need to pay particular attention to the project,while the present commonly used reinforcement and good reinforcement effect of severalkinds of construction technology and operation method are introduced,to be used for reference in similar engineering.
