| The development of construction industry in China had a rapid development in the 1970 s,many industrial and civil buildings were built at that time.However,the building standards and construction technology level were low at that time,severe structural damage had occurred in many existing old buildings during the construction serving time because of the corrosive environment effect.The structural bearing capacity and safety would not satisfy the requirements of the current national norms and regulations,which will seriously endanger the life safety and property of the state and people.The existing old buildings demolition blindly will have a seriously impact on the normal living of people,cause severe environmental pollution and resource waste.So,in order to renew the usage function of the existing old buildings,extend the service life of concrete structures,the consolidation and improvement of the buildings should be based on the specifications and standards for the construction,the construction test results and data listed.This thesis takes a reinforcement improvement project of an underground store project as an example.The existing building structure is tested,then,the internal force of structure for the underground store is calculated by large finite element analysis software.According to the test results and the calculation results of the finite element software,some effective reinforcement improvement measures are given base an the testing result and computed result.In this paper,the main research work is as follows:(1)In view of current situation of collapsed houses,the significance of consolidation and improvement of the buildings is explained,the development status of the identification and reinforcement design of existing structure in home and abroad are introduced.(2)The reasons for the existing building structure reinforcement and the purpose of reinforcement is analyzed,the certification process and the main content of the health inspection of the existing buildings are introduced,the significance of consolidation and improvement of the buildings is explained,the common primary reinforced method for concrete structure and the scope of application are given.(3)The engineering general situation is introduced,and the detection and identification results of the underground store project are given by identifying the underground store project.(4)Takes a reinforcement improvement project of an underground store project as an example.The internal force of structure for the underground store is calculated by large finite element analysis software based on test results and the actual situation of the existing building.(5)According to the current specifications,the relevant measures of consolidation and improvement for the existing buildings are given based on test results and the actual situation of the existing building.The consolidation and improvement of the existing old buildings is one of the best ways to treat and deal with old buildings,which is also an important manifestation of the road of sustainable development.In order to eliminate the potential safety hazard of the existing old buildings,improve building safety,extend the service life of concrete structures,improve building functions,the existing old buildings should be test scientifically and rationally,calculated and analyzed by finite element analysis software,which can provide scientific foundation for concrete reinforcement,then,the treatment scheme is given base on the test results and data listed.The designers should get a comprehensive understanding of advantages and disadvantages of different reinforcement methods before reinforcement design.In order to insure advanced technology,reasonable cost,safety and quality,the choice of reinforced method for the existing old buildings should consider all kinds of factors including actual field conditions of the existing old buildings,the construction difficulty and complexity,the completion date. |
