With the continuous development of national economy in our country,the size of the power grid system in our country presents the growing trend.Only through the reasonable planning of power grid system capacity and space truss structure can maintain the safe and stable and reliable operation in the process of long-term development and effectively prevent the waste of resources.However,due to the complexity of distribution network structure,the new planning of electricity distribution network and network frame reconstruction are difficult.Therefore,this article focuses on 110 KV substation access system in Shexue development zone,Cangwu county,Wuzhou city,Guangxi province.The author makes a detailed analysis and design of the access program and puts forward a method of high voltage distribution network planning based on the genetic algorithm.Firstly,this author introduces the current situation of existing power grid planning in China and provides several existing power grid reconstruction methods.At the same time,This paper analyzes the data of area where Shexue substation is in on social and economic development,regional power load,power grid power supply,power grid network and running status of equipment and makes a comprehensive analysis of the regional electric power demand growth situation,the power grid equipment and the assets status.Second,according to the national economic development situation and planning of the Cangwu county and the positioning and planning of Shexue area in Cangwu industrial zone,he forecasts the short,medium and long-term load in SheXue area and Cangwu county.Again,based on the basic principles of substation system access planning,he formulates the preliminary scheme of the Shexue substation access system,and through comprehensive consideration about the power flow calculation,technical economics and various factors,the author concludes comprehensive recommendations about the SheXue substation access system.Finally,the author introduces the basic principle of genetic algorithm and optimization principle,proposing a method of high voltage distribution network planning based on the genetic algorithm,establishing the optimization model of high voltage distribution network,realizing substation simulation optimization of network frame of the area near Shexue based on the genetic algorithm.110 KV substation access scheme design in Shexue and network frame optimization of the area around Shexue substation show that the high voltage distribution network of network programming approach in this paper is correct,method is feasible,and it provides cases and reference for the actual electric power network planning and transformation.
